Matthews Beach is a small neighborhood on Lake Washington at the Northeast end of Seattle. Some of the more "affordable" Lake Washington homes in the North end can be found here including one under $1 million right now. Just a quick jaunt from multi-million dollar Laurelhurst waterfront homes, Matthews Beach seems like a relative steal.
